Independent Installations LLC, or INDI, is a leading provider of professional dispenser installations throughout the Northeast region. We have the capability to travel outside of this area to meet customer requests. We are seeking additional installers to join our team and assist us in delivering exceptional and high-quality services to our clients. While our headquarters are located in Syracuse, New York, travel is a mandatory requirement for all applicants. We encourage individuals from outside of this region to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Installer at INDI, you will be responsible for the installation of commercial restroom dispensers, including toilet paper, paper towel, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, seat covers, aircare, and other accessories. You will collaborate closely with our Lead Installer to ensure that each installation is completed efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel both within and outside of the state of New York. Travel typically involves departing on Sunday afternoons and returning on Friday afternoons or evenings.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Experience with tools such as drills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively within a team while having a positive attitude.  
  • Listen and adhere to the instructions of Lead Installer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients to address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (25- 50 pounds).
  • Ability to remain on foot for extended periods (8-10 hours per day).
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work cart and work space.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for proper functioning and safety, promptly reporting any issues to the Lead Installer.

COMPENSATION:

Paid on weekly basis.

The starting wage is commensurate with experience, ranging from $15.50 to $20 per hour.

Upon demonstrating proficiency and consistent improvement, there is an opportunity for a wage increase up to $30 per hour.

Travel expenses will be covered by the company, contingent upon your location.

Accommodations will be provided by the company.

A per diem allowance of $35/ day is provided for jobs that necessitate overnight accommodations.
